DO CATALUNYA includes whites, rosés and red wines. These can allow them to attain their maximum expression of raw material: the grape, with the must fermentation in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control.

Also, we have the typical bouquet of the oak contact, which at the same time, improves in complexity. We can find aging, reserva, gran reserva , within 6, 12 or 24 months in barrels for red wines, and 2, 3 and 5 ageing years.
Finally, we can find slightly sparkling wines and licor wines, but in small proportion.

Generally speaking, we refer to modern and innovative wines. Appealing colours, upper-intermediate aromatic intensity,  more or less structured in accordance to the profitable return of the vineyard, with moderate sharpness and a final taste that is left in your mouth that encourages you to continuing drinking our wine.

You will find unusual coupages according to the wide range of options of the authorised varieties. Traditional wine growing varieties in Catalonia get mixed with foreign varieties, which have been recently introduced into our lands.
